On 16 September 2016 we are hosting the final REVEAL workshop. There are a few places left. If you want to secure one of them, register now! It’s free – and very worthwhile to attend if you are interested in verification of user-generated content, journalistic challenges and how technology can aid in the process.

We have reported about it before, but felt like it was time to once again draw your attention to the REVEAL verification workshop that will be hosted near Athens, Greece, on 16 September 2016. After all, it’s less than a month to go – with your chance to hear keynotes from Dhruti Shah (BBC), is Sam Dubberley, Eyewitness Media Hub and presentations and demonstrations by research projects PHEME, InVID and REVEAL.

The reason for re-addressing the issue is simple: there are a few places left, and in order for us to organise things as well as possible (logistics, catering etc), we need to know how many people we can expect.

So if you have not done so yet and wish to attend: please register by sending an email requesting a place with your name, contact details and affiliation to Eva Jaho (e.jaho@atc.gr) at ATC by 12 September 2016 latest. In this e-mail, please also indicate if you would like to join the complimentary (free as well! 😉 ) networking dinner on Friday evening.

Likewise: should you have registered earlier and are – unfortunately – NOT coming to the event, please also let Eva Jaho know.
